Arranging Credits

Francis has been much in demand as an arranger and orchestrator of other composers’ music. Vangelis ( Brussels millennium concert) Charlie Chaplin (centenary CD) the Turkish singer/songwriter Zulfu Livaneli (CD with the London Symphony Orchestra).

He orchestrated for Novello Music the Beatles ‘Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band’ and made choral arrangements, also for Novello Music of the Musicals ‘Show Boat’, ‘Miss Saigon’, 'Aspects of Love’ and ‘Les Miserables’.

A volume of piano duet arrangements of classical music was published by Chester Music in 1997. He also composes Production Music for KPM, most recently ‘Ancient Empires’, (with Robert Foster) a 3 CD collection of Roman,Greek and North African music and songs using reconstructed instruments of those times.
